My husband and I purchased a bed 18 months ago, we have always gone to Land of Sleep. This most recent purchase unfortunately we received a faulty mattress. I called to explain the situation and Bill sent out two of his guys the very next day. They looked at the bed took some pictures and Bill called within the hour.
