We did our research ~ you should too! LOVE Land of Paws! – I have to admit, I was skeptical about getting a dog from a puppy store, but we did our research and found only positive things about the breeder AND Land of Paw's. Do not confuse buying a puppy from a breeder isn't buying one from a puppy mill - sometime it is the same thing! Sells puppy mill dogs. Do not buy dogs at petstores. – They claim to buy their dogs from "hobby breeders" but their dogs come from places including Dot's Little Doggies which is a huge puppy mill that ships dogs all over the US. They have 600+ dogs at a time of various breeds in cages. The dogs will not be properly socialized and due to poor breeding will likely have many genetic diseases. It is also a very cruel practice. Great experience at Land of Paws – I bought my puppy at Land of Paws recently. The people there were very helpful, patiently letting me take out and play with many dogs, ask tons of questions and basically reassured me in every way. I feel like I bought my dog (and all the necessary products) from people I could trust and while I did think things were a bit on the pricey side, will go back there for grooming and incidental things in the future.
Bad Service I cannot recommend this store to anyone anymore. If you buy something that is defective, they will not return it. They also are hateful if you try work with them about it.
Wonderful Pet store!! – We were in this store today and they were very friendly, having a great sale, had a huge selection of beds, toys, treats and much much more, we were very impressed and will definately be going back alot!
Poor customer service, overpriced – This store has a lot of things for pets, but they are way overpriced. Also they are not friendly. I was in the store with my pet for 20 min and not once did someone offer to help. Staff would walk right past me, and I it wasnt buzy at all. Very poor customer service, and way overpriced. I got my AKC registered dog at less than half the price for some of thier dogs. I will go somewhere else where the prices are reasonable and the service is better.
Cute! This store offers all of the things your pets never knew they needed or even wanted. They have so many things to make your precious pooch even more precious it's not even funny. They have all of the standards like leashes and dishes, but they then branch out into tiaras and doggy strollers (come on!). There is a rather limited selection of cat toys and supplies, so if you are looking for that, look elsewhere. Otherwise, a doggy paradise.
Great Selection for Dogs Land of Paws is primarily geared toward dogs, although they do sell cat food and toys. They have all sorts of high-end dog beds, sweaters, carriers, leashes, gourmet food, etc. They also sell puppies and offer grooming services. Only downside is they are somewhat expensive.
The Best in Kansas City – This pet boutique offers everything under the sun! It truly is one of the best places to shop in Kansas City!
