Bad Service I cannot recommend this store to anyone anymore. If you buy something that is defective, they will not return it. They also are hateful if you try work with them about it.
Great Selection for Dogs Land of Paws is primarily geared toward dogs, although they do sell cat food and toys. They have all sorts of high-end dog beds, sweaters, carriers, leashes, gourmet food, etc. They also sell puppies and offer grooming services. Only downside is they are somewhat expensive. PROS: Unique dog items CONS: expensive
Cute! This store offers all of the things your pets never knew they needed or even wanted. They have so many things to make your precious pooch even more precious it's not even funny. They have all of the standards like leashes and dishes, but they then branch out into tiaras and doggy strollers (come on!). There is a rather limited selection of cat toys and supplies, so if you are looking for that, look elsewhere. Otherwise, a doggy paradise.
A great place to get a puppy or supplies! At first I was hesitant to purchase a puppy from a pet store, but decided we NEEDED this adorable goldendoodle in our family. I'm so glad we got him. He has great lines, head shape; the epitome of what golden doodle should look like. His temperament is amazing, and he is just as smart as my german shepherd. Land of Paws Sells Puppy Mill Dogs I bought a puppy and supplies from Land of Paws in Prairie Village, KS. They sell dogs from puppy mills, and they lie and tell you the dogs are from small, private breeders. Land of Paws totally misrepresents their merchandise. After I bought our puppy, I discovered he was bowlegged (had an x-ray), was blind in one eye ($500 test from the canine eye doctor), and his lower teeth grew in a mess. Dishonest about where dogs come from – I got the same lie in 1998 when I bought a standard poodle. They said my puppy came from a lady who only bred a couple of litters a year because she bred for healthy, beautiful dogs to further the breed, not for profit. Later I did some research & found out my dog had come from Dot's Little Doggies & she has hundreds of breeding dogs. It is indeed a puppy mill & I was lied to by Land of Paws.
