Would not recommend I was less than impressed after renting through this company. The house I moved into was not completely clean. The floors were very dirty and when I questioned it I was just told they had receipts for everything. I had to get repairs made and it took 2 weeks where I had to be there every day for something that should have taken 2 days max. They nickel and dimed me when I moved out. Five Stars!!! My husband and I just moved out after renting from LOE for 2years. I'm surprised to read the previous negative reviews! My experience with the girls in the office has always been pleasurable and they always seem warm and welcoming when I'd come in to pay rent. I will admit that their cleaning guidelines are some what strict and even "military like" but we moved into a clean home and I had no problem complying with the same standards at move-out. Not RECOMMENDED I agree with all comments prior to mine. Be eerie when considering this company. They WILL keep your deposit and then some. They will bill you "ghost" charges. They are very unprofessional. The only nice person in the office has been gone, Norma. I was in the same boat as Brenda. Renting Agency We currently rent our house from Land Of Enchantment. This company has its ups and downs. For instance they kept sending us a charge that we did not owe them; this was very annoying. They can also be very hard to talk to on the phone and often times problems that should be able to be handled over the phone can't be. On the other hand, the are quick to pass on work requests to the house owner.
