I had been admitted to the ER and was told it was my gallbladder and although it wasn't severe enough to warrant emergency surgery, they referred me to Dr. Land. I was able to get an appointment and after an extensive exam, he recommended a HIDA scan to make sure it wasn't gallbladder. It wasn't! Thankfully the exam and then the scan now means that it's something else. I appreciated the 'rule it out' approach.

He’s a talented diagnostician, a skillful surgeon, and a genuinely nice guy. He explains each procedure honestly and clearly, with a touch of gentle humor. He exemplifies caring, compassion, and good clinical practice.

Was told by an emergency room the gallbladder had to go, couldn't wait 2 weeks for the surgeon to get back in town. Received a referral to this establishment, drove 200 numbers for nothing. He did not draw blood, do an ultrasound, any actual exam. The problem persists, he disregarded everything and said to go back to another hospital to get all of that done, 250 miles back. These things were done by another DR and was told there was not a surgeon available. Very disregarded

Have seen Dr Land several times, each time he explains what needs to be done, how he is going to do it and everything I need and want to know about the procedure....perfect results every time.
