Amanda is absolutely wonderful. She is great to deal with and makes the whole process stress free. The storage facility is clean and well maintained. Highly recommended to do business with.
The manager, Amanda is wonderful to work with, the facility at New Bern is easily accessed and we were able to get our travel trailer inside our unit with just a tiny bit of overhead space left above it! I did place a half dozen dryer sheets inside the unit as there were some cracks that a rodent could get in through and that seemed to work because we had no issues inside our trailer. We stored there for 6 months and hope to come back. I only gave this facility a 4 star because every time we came to pick up the trailer there... read more
