Complete lack of knowledge. Once we had the pre approval letter, Richmond dropped the ball. Richmond knew our situation from the very beginning and after 6 months he realized he made a mistake and we couldn't continue with the loan process, making us wasted lots of time and money.
Dealing with this company has been a very frustrating process to say the least – from the beginning their lack of knowledge, organization, and professionalism caused them to completely mishandle my case and at the end everything was denied from their part. Had to start all over the process with a different mortgage company.
I just received the rudest response from Loan Officer Kim O'Neil due to us choosing a different lender. It was the most unprofessional experience, and I will NEVER be using her or this company ever again.
