I was hesitant to buy a property off of this website based on the bad reviews. However, I went ahead and made a purchase during nonbusiness hours. The next business day I reached out to the company and was told the property that I was trying to purchase was no longer available. I was a little disappointing that the website wasnt updated but they issued me a full refund right away. They also suggested other resources for property in the area I was looking to buy. I had no issue with Land Equity, the transaction took place quickly, able to see my name as owner on the county appraiser website, i had no negative comments about the transaction. Communication was decent, i did call at one time to no answer, but emails were followed up upon promptly, and my unanswered call was just one time, they reached out to me by phone without prompting as well. Overall the transaction was handled quickly, professionally, and honestly, i worked with **** who was very professional. I have no complaints.

Do not I repeat do not buy your home or land from this company. They lie to you and will rip you off please trust me. My family and I paid off our home over a year early. These people wont answer the phone and if you do get them on the phone they give you a bunch of lies and excuses of why they still havent done what they said they would do. On Nov. 4th, 2019 I bought the property with address: 7279 E Butte St. Nice, CA 95464. And eventually I decided to back out, even I paid the down payment and sent the Cashier's Check $4600.00 after signing the contract. They return all my money after my request to cancel the contract to the last minute. It's really hard to contact and no body answering the phone, if you read there post they are helpful. And if you create your account after filling up the registration it does not accept your login what is this site. Nov. 01,2019 at 12:00 noon time. pls let no know your reason! Land Equities has been super easy to deal with. I have dealt with Ray most but have met Beth. Both are really nice. They have been very helpful insuring that we got the right property for our goals and at half the price of other properties in the area. So after our dealings with them we highly recommend them.
