In the current down market for sellers, Tom never gave up. He was legitimately enthused about our property and shared that enthusiasm with the eventual buyers at an open house. He is receptive to marketing and staging suggestions and full of great advice from his years of experience. Our house sold and we couldn’t have handled picked better buyers or a better agent to market our house.
