My husband called Tuesday morning, May 1, 2018 around 10 am and left a message on parts department voice mail to get a price on lawn mower blades and still has not received a call back.

I had Land & Coates service my Toro Z Mower for the last time. They tried to tell me I needed to replace cable, pulleys and washers (they checked out fine). I told them to just do the winter service, and give me the trottle cable. They told me they completed all the service, the mower should up at my house without the part I ordered, not cleaned (2 bags of dead grass from under the deck), and my blades weren't even sharpened.
