La peor experiencia de mi vida, Martin fue el que nos vendió un lote en mountain shadow lake. Sus intereses altos falta de honestidad y responsabilidad. Me robaron cerca de 6000 mil dólares y el terreno que me vendieron solo valía 34k. En casi un año solo bajo del principal solo como 200 dólares. Son uno abusivos Martin me vendió es pura mentira lo que vende está compania
Expensive prices, sales staff are knowledgeable, roads are poor. Taxes are passable for the land they sell, but don't build a house on the land you buy.
Very bad people they are crooks don't buy anything from them because the contract is not real they steel money and the land they sale is not worth it $35,000 other I talked to a other realtor and said it's a ripoff and the land by mountain shadow lake there's no cops over there and criminals do whatever they want don't make the mistake I did it's not worth losing your life or kids they crash your cars too
