I wish i could leave no star....this place is a joke ..... the manager is two faced and not to mention the loud parties that go on throuought thw night... and when you mention it to manager to stop it the manager cuts off phone amd email to not get conplaints ...... said so herself.... this is no place for families.... jist know if you wanna party all night just buddy up with the manager ;) on a scale 1-10 this place gets a .... -10
I had to give a star to be able to comment...but what my daughter and her family have had to endure is ridiculous...they need new management and to get better tenants
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! If you have jobs and/or children this is not the place for you. They allow loud obnoxious parties all hours of the night. Clearly breaking a signed lease. And the manager of the office will lie to you that she is handling the problem, when at the end of the day she is laughing it up with them condoning this behavior! Very unprofessional and not safe at all! Please please please, move your family somewhere else!
To be a property management company, they sure do not follow the real estate ethics laws. Todd Caton is a hot head and talks to his tenants like they are beneath him. I have never in my life had a landlord condone drug activity as long as the tenants pay their rent. Well, for Silver Creek to be a preferred mobile community, their management isnt doing a good job of keeping the riff raff out of the park. I'm sure my comments will be deleted but BEWARE before renting from Todd Caton & Land Bank.
