waste of time and wouldn't return funds. contracted jim whitliff to rezone a property. firstly, he said I needed a land status determination and charged me $1500, and I find it was already done in 2005. was than told, the rear of property needed to be rezoned. after my own investigation, I discovered I didn't need to rezone the property it, and was already rezoned to CS1. Refused to return any of the $4200 I paid him, even though he achieved absolutely nothing for me. stay clear of land answers and Jim Whitliff!
Absolutely great service, very knowledgeable, honest and great integrity. Knows the Travis County and City of Austin laws, restrictions, regulations, ordinances, permits, etc and more importantly, knows the right people who can fix the problems. Highly recommended.
