Tim represented both the Seller and Buyer (Us) on a piece land. We have been closed a week and still have not received a call, text or email from Tim to let us know we had closed escrow. We wouldn't have known unless I called Escrow to find out. Tim's attention to detail minimal at best. With the three calls I had with him during the whole transaction Tim bragging each time how busy he is with his work.
