The only reason I did not give this review zero stars is because it is partly my fault for using the listing agent as my purchasing agent. However, as a first-time home buyer Dave Hup could not have made my experience any worse. He has the house listed as a three-bedroom even though one room is not a legal bedroom as it has no windows. When I mentioned this to him, he fought me on it numerous times until finally conceding that the "laws must've changed since he got his license".
