The office pulled a shenanigan and didn't tell us they left the network! They asked me for my medicare card, and when I questioned why they didn't want my insurance card anymore, they said: "oh, we just like to have medicare on file." Now they have the nerve to bill me as an out of network provider. Shame on you!
