We were referred to Lanco, he responded quickly & offered to come the following day to give a quote. He shared that he can come that week to complete the job, it would only be half the day if that. He arrived within the time range he had quoted at the estimate, with everything needed. He was texting my husband photos all throughout the morning. Employee Jonathan Beaverbones verbally attacked me with physical harm over how many nails go into a shingle for warranty. Owen's Corning clearly states any steep slopes or areas with high wind need 5-6 nails. Jonathan stated he refuses to use more than 4. Check your shingles people. Not a nice guy. I wouldn't want this worker or people who work for a company who cant follow warranty instructions near my house or my community. Complete hot head on a post that wasn't even his.
I just had my roof reshingled and Joel was an absolute pleasure to deal. He came out hours after I called him to give me a quote. He got the job done in 2 days and done an awesome job cleaning up after. He sent me pictures of the job as he was going and even went above and beyond to put my Christmas lights back up. I would highly recommend Lanco roofing to anyone they do a great job !
