The entire process was smooth and easy. Great communication which is huge for me, the quote was competitive compared to other quotes we got and there was no surprise costs. They were fast and efficient, got the house done in a day and the garage was finished in half a day. We got photos of the whole process start to finish. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have their roof redone.
Contacted Joel for a quote for getting my roof done. Found him very friendly , very knowledgeable and he took the time to answer any question that we had . Never in a rush to get to the next place. Joel and his crew re-shingled our house the last two days. It was a quick turnaround from when we had our quote and the start date. Joel was very knowledgeable and easily explained what needed to be done. The work was done efficiently, the yard was kept tidy, and the roof looks amazing. Throughout the process, the communication was amazing, Joel sent numerous photos and a video to show the progess. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend Lanco.
Right from my initial phone call Joel was awesome to work with. He gave me an estimate the same morning I called and he gave me all my options for replacing my roofing with no up sell. Very reasonable quote compared to others I have heard. The work was exceptionally done with his considerations of the rainy weather and spotless cleanup of work site.
I would happily recommend this local business to family and friends! Service was very quick - days. Owner and staff were very friendly, respectful and helpful. They were in and out in two days and the cleanup was impeccable. Our home looks great and we appreciate supporting a local, hard working business!
