Employee Jonathan Beaverbones verbally attacked me with physical harm over how many nails go into a shingle for warranty. Owen's Corning clearly states any steep slopes or areas with high wind need 5-6 nails. Jonathan stated he refuses to use more than 4. Check your shingles people. Not a nice guy. I wouldn't want this worker or people who work for a company who cant follow warranty instructions near my house or my community. Complete hot head on a post that wasn't even his.
I just had my roof reshingled and Joel was an absolute pleasure to deal. He came out hours after I called him to give me a quote. He got the job done in 2 days and done an awesome job cleaning up after. He sent me pictures of the job as he was going and even went above and beyond to put my Christmas lights back up. I would highly recommend Lanco roofing to anyone they do a great job !
I highly recommend this company! Joel provided a very competitive quote and explained everything clearly and made sure we understood the entire process and answered all our questions. Joel and his team were quick, efficient, professional and the work was top notch. We love our newly shingled roof!
Seen Joel in the alley while he was doing a roof near by and asked for a card, he was extremely knowledgeable, very easy to talk to and gave a quote with options the next day. We had some questions which he did not mind answering and once we decided to go ahead with the project he communicated very effectively and gave dates times ect. The entire process was smooth and easy. Great communication which is huge for me, the quote was competitive compared to other quotes we got and there was no surprise costs. They were fast and efficient, got the house done in a day and the garage was finished in half a day. We got photos of the whole process start to finish. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have their roof redone.
