Ugh. Went there for a cleaning. They have substitute staff. No f/t dentist. No f/t hygienist. Revolving door of employees. I would avoid until they can get their act together.

Clearly even though the practice responds to the google reviews they have not done anything about these issues. Among similar problems stated in these other reviews I was just canceled a week and a half before my appointment. Looking for a new provider before it gets worse.

I have been a long time patient of Dr Steve Gibson. He was an excellent dentist, and his staff caring and efficient. When he sold his practice, upon retirement, to Dr Mask, I was willing to give it a try. I felt Dr Mask did a wonderful job of carrying on Dr Gibson's vision, and I felt comfortable with his guidance on my care. Recently, I tried to make an appointment with Dr Mask, and was surprised to learn he had left the practice, along with some of my staff favorites. They cancelled on me 3 times in a month. First time was a week before the appointment because the dentist no longer worked on the day that I had scheduled. I was annoyed that I was only notified a week before, but I still rescheduled. The second time I was told two days before my appointment that they changed their office hours and they no longer work during the time of my appointment.
