David and his team at Lanco were wonderful to work with on our recent home remodel. It was a big job, and our permit process took 2 months longer than anticipated--due only to local authorities, no fault of Lanco. Once our permit was approved, Lanco was promptly on the case and managed to finish the work on the original schedule. We had a very positive experience with Lanco during our extensive home renovation. Lanco uses their own crew for the most part and are not at the mercy of subs. Most of their employees have been with them for years and take a lot of pride in their work. They brought the job in on time at a fair price. They did not take advantage of change orders.
