I would give them a negative 100 if I could. Sold us a house that was up for sheriff sale. When my title company ran the title there were multiple liens on the title that were not disclosed. Including that it was scheduled for sheriff sale. Not to mention sewer issues, non working appliances, and plumbing issues. The seller was not honest and Lanc realty totally missed it.
I listed my rental property through Lanc Living and the agent I have been working with, Phil Raia, has been unprofessional, unresponsive, lacks attention to detail, and does not follow up when he says he will. The tenant lease had discrepancies which were pointed out and still he got a new one signed with a missing utility. I asked multiple times to be sent to me and it was not sent until I said I would not let the tenant move in without having a copy of the lease.
