The only people giving positive reviews are probably recruiters for the company.
They are a scam 100%. Beware they will hack your phone. Don’t download any information that they send you. If you have sensitive apps on your phone, these apps will start asking for permission to access your camera, microphone, and even location. Apps that don’t need ANY of that to operate. That’s all designed to get your personal information. The FBI is onto them, and I hope and pray they will not be allowed to work from India posing as a legit company because they are not.
It's basically an Indian call center, the staff is beyond incompetent
The Benefit lancesoft provide is horrible . I have work for them almost 6 month and all they took is money from employee as third party Agent but there is no health insurance, no holiday pay no personal time usually provide by similar other type's of company .
They keep emailing me from different addresses! I've blocked so many phones just assuming it's these people. Go away!!
