Lance is great
RUN!! We thought this was a good shop until Lance did work on my bf's truck FOR 6+ WEEKS. Horrible service, even worse communication. Lance leaves calls with customers up to his wife who gives false information, is rude, combative & refused us speak to Lance so we had to show up at the shop for Lance to give us the total opposite information his wife did. Ken's Auto or Community Car Care in Alexandria can help you with all the problems you will have after dealing with this shop.
I bought a car here a few years back cash. A few months later there were issues with the car stalling (it was an automatic), and accelerating. He told me it was a belt & something else that needed to be repaired. Oddly it was the same car I purchased from him so I told him that & he didn't respond to that, brushing over like nothing was said moving onto the quote to fix the car which was in the low 400's. Took my car there with a oil leak they had it for a month got it back same oil leak same place. Lance is a nice guy i had a good experience there years ago after reading reviews i still took a chance but it didn’t work out for me. They did tell me to bring it back but i just don’t think I’m willing to chance it. Ill take my business somewhere else.
