Sold me a car that broke down within 6 months. I took it back to them to be fixed and after 3 years they haven't fixed it and use the excuse that the owner has a bad back and then expected me to pay over a 1500 dollars to pick up the car they didn't fix. The front desk is rude and they ignore your calls if they are trying to rip you off. They are they definition of a used car sales man. Shady, shady, shady. Stay far far away.
I had a brand new engine installed on my 2005 F150 . He installed the engine, but after that came a whole lot of problems from him, not caring. For example, not installing the AC bracket . Not hooking up ground wires. Smashed a wiring harness. Smashed the shift in link so you had a wiggle to get in reversed. at night my lights would get real low, then bright if I hit a bump .I even took it back complaining about these problems. Lance is great
RUN!! We thought this was a good shop until Lance did work on my bf's truck FOR 6+ WEEKS. Horrible service, even worse communication. Lance leaves calls with customers up to his wife who gives false information, is rude, combative & refused us speak to Lance so we had to show up at the shop for Lance to give us the total opposite information his wife did.
