Worst customer experience ever. Rude and dishonest. Took high end watch in for battery. Said problem wasn't batter, and they could send it out to their watch maker for $20 dep. This would be credited to cost of repair, or forfeited if I did not elect to repair watch. A few weeks later the watch was repaired and I was told the charge was $300. They did not deduct the $20.
