Lance's is my Go to for the traditional beef cuts when I want to make an impression in a dinner setting. Keep your friends close but your butcher closer. Grant the owner is always pleasant and accommodatingn. I love the Short Ribs and he has in the past ordered Beef cheek for me depending on availability and will take orders on cuts if you want a specific sized cut. I recommend his delmonico steaks as my personal favorite as well as his ground beef.
I bought an English Roast over the weekend, it was the best piece of beef I've had in a long time! Thank you for excellent customer service and helping me decide on the roast and for the wonderful cooking instructions! You have gained a lifetime customer!
