The Lancer employees at the Philadelphia zoo are the most disrespectful customer service staff I have ever met. Constantly on their phones, ignoring guests, messing up orders(chicken sandwich with no chicken?!?!). You guys need to crack down on the day to day operations and the faces of your organization. Especially when said faces are represented at a huge tourist attraction such as the philly zoo.As a guest coming in and seeing this behavior my first thought was to go to the zoo.
