I would not recommend this group for rental property. me and friend of mine are traveling xray text who came to Wisconsin for 6 months travel assignment. the apartment was filthy and not at all move in ready. please see attached pictures
Stay away from this group! Horrible landlords. The house was missing many walls on move-in day. It was filthy dirty. Holes to outside--big enough that squirrels came in. At the end of the rental they have the balls to charge $2500 in fees!!!!!!
Stay away! Horrible is the nicest thing I can say about this company. They help themselves to your security deposit. Kathy claims that she is always "working" on resolving issues. Which is complete hogwash. Because nothing ever gets done. Repairs take forever to get done. Only reason we got things fixed in our unit is because I called the building inspector. We were hired to clean an apt.for a student upon move in to a Lancer property by new tenants because the apt was filthy and in disrepair. Upon the tenants moving out, we were again hired to clean the apt. A walk through was scheduled with lancer and conveniently lancer cancelled so we were not able to be there and the tenants moved out. To my surprise the tenants were charged for everything from carpet cleaning to painting to cleaning. I believe after talking with the former tenants that this may very well go to court. ... read more
