I won’t say everyone in the office is bad. Since there like 2 people I’ve only spoken with but they lack communication as far as renting properties. I waited almost 2 weeks to see If I got a property and I had to call the office and wait and was informed that it was rented out and they couldn’t even call and let me know. I've been renting with Lancer for almost 2 years now and 2 months after I moved in my dishwasher broke and I had contacted them and they told me they'd come and fix it and they never did. Since then the handle from my dryer broke off so I'm now having to pry open my dryer everytime I do laundry. My microwave shuts off my internet which I guess is from an excessive amount of radiation leaking. I got home last night and my freezer was leaking. Come to find out that is also broke. Lancer group properties has wonderful office staff that will do their beat to go above and beyond to help their tenants!
Do not rent from these guys! They will come into your home when ever they feel like it. After your lease is up they will keep your deposit and make bs excuses on why you won’t get your money back. Then after they keep your deposit they will try to charge you more. Stay away from these guys!
I have never worked with another housing company that has been as great as Lancer group. Every time I'm in the office the staff is great. Helpful and friendly, always responsive..landlords usually aren't that great to work with but this group is. Highly recommend!
Great people to work with! People need to understand that Lancer Group doesn't do the cleaning, etc, the owners of the property are responsible for that. Don't blame Lancer Group blame the owners of the property.
this is a small portion of the filth...we dealt with regarding our unit ..they were dishonest an handed over keys to a filthy unit that's uninhabitable
