Stay away from this group! Horrible landlords. The house was missing many walls on move-in day. It was filthy dirty. Holes to outside--big enough that squirrels came in. At the end of the rental they have the balls to charge $2500 in fees!!!!!!
We were hired to clean an apt.for a student upon move in to a Lancer property by new tenants because the apt was filthy and in disrepair. Upon the tenants moving out, we were again hired to clean the apt. A walk through was scheduled with lancer and conveniently lancer cancelled so we were not able to be there and the tenants moved out. To my surprise the tenants were charged for everything from carpet cleaning to painting to cleaning. I believe after talking with the former tenants that this may very well go to court. ... read more
