Really nice cozy community, but be cautious of who your neighbors are! I’ve been harassed since moving in 3 months ago. Obnoxiously loud and disrespectful neighbors that truly don’t care about anyone around them. Made multiple complaints, and the neighbors still get away with their ways everyday and night. When first moving in they left a weird note on my door in the middle of the night to introduce themselves, which made me extremely uncomfortable.. No response from the owner after emailing and calling.
I love the location and neighborhood. Does anyone know how to contact the owner to rent from? I've tried for weeks. Advertised on apartment conextion but no response. Thanks
I currently live in one of these apartments and getting a hold of management is next to impossible, they don't answer the phone at all or respond to emails in a timely manner. Apparently the only way to contact them is via a maintenance request. We have a rather large wasp nest in the venting for our range hood and can't seem to get a hold of anyone with Lancer about it. Fun times!
