On August 3, 2015 I went for a pre-surgical screening colonoscopy. This guy never bothered to read my chart or research my medical history. He did not know I have what is called 'short gut'. He perforated my colon and almost killed me due to his negligence. He never once came to see if I lived or died. To this day I am having massive issues from his incompetency.
