I’ve been with this agency for a couple years after first going with a company where I didn’t have an actual agent. It’s true what they say, you’re agency is only as good as your agent. I have both Car and renter’s with them. Lance’s team was on it from Day 1 when I totaled my car and when a tornado went through our area, he even texted just to make sure we were all ok.
Lance is very good really understanding. Awesome all around.
