I had thee worst pain of my entire life running through my left arm. Dr. Lance and his staff knew what was wrong and went to bat for me with my insurance. By the time I left the office, we had surgery scheduled. They were willing to get it done as quick as I wanted. Very easy process and when I woke up from surgery I had ZERO pain. The stitches on my neck healed within a few months and I am 6 months post surgery and you cant even tell I had surgery. I was in to see Shannon Haddock, PA following an auto accident! The office is so nice and clean, Shannon was great.
I had spinal fusion surgery a week ago and it was my first surgery of any kind ever!!! Dr. Smith, Sarah, and the entire clinical and surgical team have done NOTHING but spoil me! Calling to see how I’m doing, answering all my questions, and easing my recovery!! I will 100% recommend Dr. Smith and his team to anyone!!! Thank you guys for taking such great care of me!!
The absolute best care and aftercare a person could receive from the doctor to add staff to the customer service the referrals that they are able to handle at a moments notice are incredible I highly recommend Dr Smith
Dr. Smith did my surgery in June & it has been a great experience! He & his staff have been nothing but the best & the relief I have gotten is something I never thought would happen! 10/10 recommend!
