To anyone thinking about buying a camper: I bought a pick up (PU) camper, the Lance 850, in the last part of May 2013 from Pierce RV Sales in Billings Montana. Trading in my 2006 Lance 8' PU camper. Pierce for some unknown reason let us leave the yard without letting us know that the camper required two deep cycle batteries. Sending us off on our way, with only one undersized used battery. Hi, My wife and I are thinking of buying a 2016 Lance 1995. It is the perfect size for us. I just wanted to get some feed back from owners. It seems like mixed reviews. We have owned two trailers prior. We have had are share of issues.
My parents went through 2 Airstreams and were very frustrated with the lack of storage and the heavy weight of the trailers. We found a couple of lightweight travel trailers for them to look at, including Lance. They were so impressed with the build quality and space in the Lance 1685, and bought one.
