Im a new patient with Dr. Todd. Ive had just the worst experiences with dentists in the past, however, Dr. Todd and his staff were just amazing towards me and all my anxieties. From the hygienists, assistants, front desk staff to him. They are a caring and professional team that I will definitely keep! You wont be disappointed. I had a terrible experience a couple years ago and went to Dr Todd next! He is amazing! The entire office is great! Non judgmental and just nice people!
Dental services are good but the finance people are not. I had a zero balance after spending $2,000 approximately. Unfortunately they underestimated what my insurance would pay and now I had a $56 unpaid debt that I was unaware of. When I had the dental work done, I was living at a temporary address having just moved to FL from out of state. My family loves Dr. Todd and his team for our routine dental care. He also went above and beyond to fit my mom in and help her out while she was visiting from out of state. Her dentist and oral surgeon in NY were impressed how he was able to repair her broken implant before she boarded her plane just hours later. Highly recommend this practice.
