My a/c went out the night before I was taking my vehicle out of town for the weekend. Lance got me in and fixed the problem but discovered a secondary problem late in the afternoon. He stayed late on a Friday night and even hired a Lyft driver to pick up a part in West Valley so that I could still make my trip. Knowledgeable, honest, and unsurpassed customer service!
We have been bringing all of our vehicles to Lance Paul Automotive for the past several years. We will not trust anyone else with our vehicles. Lance and his staff, do an amazing job. Honest, thorough, and friendly! Best mechanic shop around!
Super friendly and honest. We weren’t sure what was wrong with our car and was able to find the issue and get it fixed. We haven’t had great experiences with other mechanics and even dealership when having car issues but we found a great mechanic are sticking with these guys from now on.
