Dr. Lance explained everything thoroughly. His assistant let me hold her hand while I was getting implants. They understood I was nervous because of the trauma I experienced with another implant provider and were very kind. The staff is amazing. The office is state of the art. They even have massage chairs!! Than you Dental Healthcare Associates!
Their receptionist just laughed at me for asking a question.. immediate hangup and finding another provider wish I could give 0 stars, horrible office atmosphere. I’ve never felt a sense of compassion or care in the building anytime I’ve been there or interacted with their staff. Avoid like the plague if you can!!
I called. They told me to come in. I told him I would be late. They said no problem. Turned me away at the door will never go back.
Local family owned business with super nice people. They make going to the dentist as enjoyable as possible. Great service great follow up . They work hard to make you satisfied and they’re very fair priced compared to most every business nowadays. 40 year patient
