Maintenance requests have not been fixed after 2 months. We have submitted 11. 4 were cancelled, and the other 9 have been left undone. It is causing serious hazards in the home. Do not rent from them if you are looking for good treatment.
Disgusting conditions in a new rental (pic of one air vent but they all looked like this). Tub was covered in either red dye or pink mold. 2 of the 3 Lester Group employees were of zero assistance, requiring the new tenat to take time off work to meet repair guys when all of this should have been addressed prior to move in. Absolutely terrible company. Takes forever to reply to work orders. Not nice people.
Would not recommend. Maintenance is completely unresponsive until problems escalate. It took a leak causing mold in the closet downstairs before they finally showed up. Despite multiple requests for help, issues were ignored until it became a serious health hazard. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable service. We’ve had requests unresolved since the day of move in, including our dryer and sink. You have to literally call non stop to get any type of help & even still it does essentially nothing
I have reviewed before but seems like my review mysteriously disappeared. It takes so long for these people to respond when something is broken or needs repair. It’s irritating that you have to continuously call or put in maintenance requests for them not to respond. It’s two days before Christmas, I put in a request on 12/19 for our disposal. No response. Called today because it’s backed up, oh I’ll call them. Called again because I like to know what is happening, oh they said you’re on their list, if I don’t hear from them... read more
