Would not recommend. Maintenance is completely unresponsive until problems escalate. It took a leak causing mold in the closet downstairs before they finally showed up. Despite multiple requests for help, issues were ignored until it became a serious health hazard. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable service. We’ve had requests unresolved since the day of move in, including our dryer and sink. You have to literally call non stop to get any type of help & even still it does essentially nothing
I have reviewed before but seems like my review mysteriously disappeared. It takes so long for these people to respond when something is broken or needs repair. It’s irritating that you have to continuously call or put in maintenance requests for them not to respond. It’s two days before Christmas, I put in a request on 12/19 for our disposal. No response. Called today because it’s backed up, oh I’ll call them. Called again because I like to know what is happening, oh they said you’re on their list, if I don’t hear from them... read more
Please avoid leasing from this place. Horrible experience. Unit disgusting upon moving in. Constant AC breaks, water leaks, no working smoke detector. Horrible service. These people do not care about you and want your money.
Avoid like the plague. When I moved in the unit did not have working AC, refrigerator/freezer, or a hot water heater -- it took a week before they were all replaced. The toilet ran constantly (for 2 years), despite many maintenance requests, and only right before I moved out did they get a competent plumber to come in and fix it. They changed their payment system so that they take a processing fee every month - pretty sure this is illegal, you should be able to pay rent without a fee. Terrible service. As a tenant at Lake Ridge Townhomes, we have gone without AC within the Texas summer for over a week. My roommates were experiencing headaches and signs of heat exhaustion, and it took a week to get a response from them. Whenever you call them, you are just told that they "can't do anything", and they don't care to find solutions for you. I will make sure to never, ever be under the Lester management again as a renter.
