WARNING: I went to Dr Lasner’s office yesterday and I never got a hold of him. The front desk set my appointment at 2pm and it was after 2:20pm. Still waiting. I asked the front desk and someone put my appointment at 3:30pm without my knowledge. Finally, I had entered a room, but was waiting for Dr. Lasner for more than 30 minutes! I went to the front desk and told them. I felt neglected and nobody cared about me waiting for so long. They didn’t ask me for a bottle of water or checked up on me. Dr. Lasner and his office staff were fantastic. The drive was a little long for me, but well worth the extra mile or two. They were all professional, friendly, and helpful.

Dr. Lasner is a wonderful doctor who has a wealth of knowledge. He really takes the time to listen to all medical history, and connects the dots as to what may be going on systemically instead of only for his particular specialty. He is knowledgeable about Ehlers Danlos, as well as Hashimotos, POTS, and other issues and how those relate to gastric issues. I have never felt rushed in his office.
