WARNING: I went to Dr Lasner’s office yesterday and I never got a hold of him. The front desk set my appointment at 2pm and it was after 2:20pm. Still waiting. I asked the front desk and someone put my appointment at 3:30pm without my knowledge. Then the nurse let me in after waiting almost 2 hours. Then, he took my information for no more than two minutes. Dr. Lasner is a wonderful doctor who has a wealth of knowledge. He really takes the time to listen to all medical history, and connects the dots as to what may be going on systemically instead of only for his particular specialty. He is knowledgeable about Ehlers Danlos, as well as Hashimotos, POTS, and other issues and how those relate to gastric issues. I have never felt rushed in his office. Great experience with Dr. Lasner. He took time to get to know me and did a complete medical history. When it came time for a screening colonoscopy, it was easy to schedule and on time. I also had a good experience with the onsite endoscopy center at his office, Sterling Endoscopy center. Overall I would definitely recommend Dr. Lasner as a gastroenterologist who cares about his patients.
Dr Lasner and his staff have been exceptional in the time I’ve been a patient with them. I do tend to have to wait in the office, but that works with my schedule personally and I find the level of care I receive to be worth it. Dr Lasner has been amazing with my treatment and procedures. I have EDS, gastroparesis, etc and he’s equipped & dedicated to help me find relief which is rare in my experience.
