Lance knows hair! He gives me a great haircut and his full attention to whatever subtleties I am looking for. It’s an incomparable experience in this salon. It’s a total experience even during this period of time. The staff is welcoming, the space is comfortable. The high ceilings allow for space and air. Totally comfortable. And a haircut not available anywhere else!
Always had a fabulous haircut. My stylist was out sick for my appointment and the salon failed to inform me. When I showed up they treated me like I was the ass for showing up to my scheduled appointment. They didn't even apologize instead insisting they called me which they did the night before leaving me a message saying as of now "your appointment is confirmed" however your stylist left sick today and we will keep you updated.
