Dr. Caffiero was the podiatrist for both my mother and I who are both diabetics. About two years ago, I had a cut on my foot that developed into an infection. I couldn't get in for an appointment with him. I was told to send in a picture of the sore. He said it doesn't look like its infected. Soak it in warm water and epsom salts.
