I just showed up for my 1:45 appointment which didn't happen because of the front desk lady the older crunchy hair one, as soon as I walked she was very rude pretty sure it was because Im black, cause she was rude before I ever said anything. I pay for the top teir of the med insurance I have, eye exam included ok . This same woman called days before my appointment asked my insurance told her ok bye. I cannot recommend Dr. Lance Daniel O.D. enough! It is rare to find an eye doctor who genuinely cares about your well-being rather than just seeing you as a transaction. Dr. Daniel is exceptionally personable and takes the time to ensure you’re well taken care of, making it clear they aren't just there for your money.
