Doctor was great, but phone service is terrible. I have an important question about continuing with Eliquis, and had 3 hang up calls, 4 waiting (over 15 minutes) and currently on hold.. caller #19. This is unacceptable. Guess I’ll have to drive 30 minutes over there to get my question answered.
Doctor was great. Knowledgeable, friendly and timely. Staff are terrible. Nurse was worse, ripping off blood pressure, throwing it on table, asking senior patient to remove the EKG pads herself and rushing out of room. Check out girl looked like 12 not knowing much or helping. Would not recommend.
