Two weeks after I had our second child, I fell on the ice and damaged my tailbone--not broken, but terrible pain for two years. I went to all sorts of doctors. After talking with Lance , I decided to fly to Montana to see him. . He showed me what to do and I've never had a problem since. Truly incredible. I also do his Fibromyalgia: Keys to Recovery exercises regularly. Though I don't have fibromyalgia, the exercises are fantastic for keeping my body aligned and functioning well.
