On 2/10/2016 Anir changed the oil in my Rav 4, this was in preparation for a trip to Oregon. On 2/15 2016 my engine seized in Oregon on my return home. I had it towed to a Toyota dealership. On 2/16/2016 they contacted me after diagnosing the problem. A tool used to drain the oil was left in the vehicle causing only minimal if any oil getting to the engine.
