We had to have work done on our Lincoln Navigator. Someone recommended Lancaster to my husband. I was worried since the dealer wanted a ridiculous amount of money, just for the parts! We not only got our truck back within the same week, but it feels like it did when it was new! He charged us a percent if what the dealer wanted and did a great job. Lancasters will be my auto repair shop for life! Not having any A/C in my minivan was killing my 3 kids. Lancasters gave me an estimate 200.00 cheaper than another establishment. They put in my new A/C system and it was blowing ice cold! They blacklighted my vehicle several times before and after repair to check for leaks and make sure eveything was in working order. I went back in sept 2010 to get a kill switch installed in my truck.. I showed up pretty last minute great cutomer service, they pulled me out to the shop showed me exactly what they were going to do even asked if i wanted it done differently amazing service here, as a female i felt very comfortable here great pricing I will be going back here for all my auto needs
