Upstairs dish washer was leaking. Maintenance had them stop using it and replaced the faulty washer. Noted water damage in ceiling and walls.
It's a decent place to live. The bugs are what bothers me. I really can't deal with creepy crawlers. I just had to kill a grasshopper of some sort just a bit ago and decided I'd write this review. I've seen more bugs here than I have anywhere else. Bugs from spiders (a lot of spiders - I have a pretty big fear of them) to a couple silverfish and small bugs I don't even know the name of. I just moved out last month. If you're considering living here because they're one of the "cheapest" in the area...THINK AGAIN. As others said, they add so many extra fees. Rent does NOT include: -monthly admin fees -trash -water -sewage -parking -laundry -lock out fees (if you don't have your building key to get inside & they have to help) -You can only pick up Amazon/package deliveries from the office during office hours, must pick up in 3 days.
