Horrendous! Physicians in Philly were a huge improvement over the care we received at this practice. After discovering a tumor (kidney cancer) in August 2011, I still didn't have surgery as of January 2012. The physicians at Univ of Penn put me on the schedule immediately and questioned the care I had not received at LUG. The office staff is disrespectful, untrained and uncaring as well. We lost precious time in dealing with this tumor and suffered quite a bit of emotional upset too. Save your life - go elsewhere.
Very disappointed and will never return to this group. My 17 yr old son had an issue and needed to be seen. We were going through a difficult financial time and I requested that I be able to send in my co-pay of $35. after my next paycheck. The receptionist went back to check with the physician and his response was "if they don't have the co-pay, they'll have to re schedule"! I was upset and embarrassed, but had to pay with the small amount of money I had for food because I was concerned and didn't want him to have to wait. ... read more
