I contacted customer service, they told me this is “normal” they will ONLY come out ONCE which will be during the 1 year inspection to come fix what they find which is in 3 months from now! Other than that, if this keeps happening I’m on my own!! Purchased the house just 8 months ago barely used and these spots are ALL OVER the place. Backyard is not done correctly and they said I’m responsible for it.
We just bought one of the Townhomes and had a very good experience with everyone involved. The team at this neighborhood is friendly and professional.
I am grateful for my home being affordable and high quality in a great neighborhood. Pulte has allowed my to finally afford a home and give my family a safe neighborhood with a great school district. Can’t be thankful enough.
