I'm a first time patient. They are very nice and helpful.
A little shout out to carol she’ a great representation of great customer service and great communication on everything before I leave the office and I like looking forward on seeing her and catching up she’s great with anything I need before I go.
I had my appointment today and it was amazing! I was greeted by Carol and she was so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Tookey made me feel at ease and was extremely knowledgeable. The Hygienist Alina was also very knowledgeable. Amazing team!
I had a visit to Lancaster Total Dentistry and it was the best dental visit! I came in a little hesitant to start my dental treatment but after speaking to Carol about my dental options I decided to stay and start my crown and see the hygienist right after! Dr. E and Erin took great care of me. It was pain free :)
Just had a consultation at Lancaster Total dentistry. Dr. Tookey is great. Go see him! The staff is so kind and friendly. Carol, Donna, Claudia and Giselle are very knowledgeable and sweet. The office is just lovely. I'm terrified of dental work and they put me at ease.
