I came into Lancaster Total Dentistry for treatment, and as always, it was such a breath of fresh air to visit such a nice, clean dental office! One of the worst dentist corporations in the entire Antelope Valley. They cancel your appt and lie about it when you can’t come in early on the time they demand vs your real appointment time, they do it because they had cancellations that same day, all because they want to bail out early. I had a call confirmation the Tuesday before my Friday appointment confirming I was to be there at 4pm that Friday. This is the best dental office in Lancaster! Michelle, Alex and the rest of the office staff are super friendly. Always love the twice a year chats with my hygienist Adrienne. And Dr. Ebrahimi and the others always leave me feeling taken care of! My roommate recently asked me for a dental recommendation and I happily pointed her toward Lancaster Total Dentistry. It can be difficult to find an office you trust, so I really appreciate you guys!
Dr. Gibbs and Christy RDA over at Lancaster Total Dentistry have been amazing both pay attention to detail and very concise, I was very involved with the process even the manufacture office of the crowns. I am so particular but everyone at the office even the front staff have been so wonderful.
Great staff. I've been here a few times and The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The receptionist at the front desk is amazing, as soon as you walk in she greets you you with a smile, even when shes on the phone, I believe her name is Alex. The girls in the back are great, and very attentive. I recommend this office. Its clean and calm.
