If you are looking to sell, don't use Tom Taglieri. He didn’t promote the house to his own buyers and would not provide feedback for days after showings or until I texted him. Near the end of the listing, he was overly optimistic about a potential buyer that was not even prequalified so I would extend the contract. When I did, another buyer gave an offer that I would have had to bring money to the closing for. Don’t waste your time listing or buying with Tom. He clearly is only in it for the commission.
