Place is falling apart. Someone broke the security gate and it hasn't been fixed for months. Sidewalks are crumbling, the siding is infested with dry rot. The HOA Board won't allow you to do your own beautification projects unless it follows under their narrow view of conformity, even though the board president abides by none of those same criteria. Great for retirees. Affordable and the neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. It does need a lot of TLC tho.
Nice gated community with 24/7 camera system in front of complex. Volunteer Board of Directors do a great job!
Quiet safe community. Great for people with no kids
